Little Rainbows aim to provide the highest quality classes for all our customers and are committed to the safety of all persons who attend our lessons and to deliver the highest standard of service.
Participating in a sensory class is entirely at your own risk.
Payment Methods
Payment is made by cheque or BACS before the first class of the term.
Confirmation of place
A place will only be confirmed at Little Rainbows Sensory on full payment. An acknowledgment will be sent with payment details however booking confirmation will only be sent when payment is received.
Refunds
Courses that have been booked and paid for cannot be refunded. However, classes that you are unable to attend could be offered to a friend or family member. (Please make class leaders aware of this). Thank you for your understanding and co-operation.
Supervision and Safety
All children must be supervised at all times and not left unattended.
Little Rainbows Sensory follows thorough checks of the venue and its own equipment to ensure that they are clean and safe and daily risk assessments are conducted.
Renewals
No later than two weeks before your term runs out we will ask you whether you wish to renew for another term. Payment should again be made by cheque or BACS to secure a place. Note however that places remain on a first come first served basis.
Cancellation of Classes
An additional class will be offered if we have to cancel a class or refund against a future term’s fees. Regrettably we cannot automatically offer cash refunds.
Data Protection
Little Rainbows Sensory will record, process and keep your personal information secure in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998. Information will not be passed onto a third party.
Videos, photographs and confidentiality
We love you taking pictures or videos of your children during the course provided it doesn’t interfere with the class. In addition Little Rainbows Baby Sensory take photos during the classes to present as a keep sake at the end of the term. We may also use these photos for advertising but only on receiving your written confirmation to do so.
